Some of you may know me as the (former) Damsel in Detroit. And to you I say, “Hello again!” Others of you may be meeting me for the first time. And to you I’d like to say, “Welcome!”

As I gracefully enter the third decade of my life, I decided to take a step back and really think about what it is that brings me joy.

Truth is, it’s all of the things that make me feel comfortable. From curating a home that feels like a sanctuary, to the bonds I share with my fiancé, family and friends, indulging in homemade sweets, and harmonizing to my favorite R&B songs at the top of my lungs – these are the building blocks of my happiness.

The Cozy Contemporary will serve as a space for me to celebrate everyone and everything that make me feel easeful. Here, I plan to share my joys and passions, in hopes that you’ll feel inclined to share yours with me too – because true comfort is best when shared.

So, if you’re ready, it’s time to cozy up.
